Hi there, today i want to show you the difference between social media and web 2.0 in google trends.
Here we can see that the interest in Social Media rises over in the interest in web 2.0  in the middle of 2009. Thus Social web is now more important then the technology to implement it.

Forming – Storming – Norming – Performing

Today i'll tell you something about Group development. I have read the wikipedia article
Tuckman's stages of group development.
There are four Phases of group development.

1st Forming:

In this phase every group member takes his place and gets his tasks.

2nd Storming:

Here the people fight in their Roles, fight against there partners, so theres a lot of storm out there.

3rd Norming:

After the storming phase the people now should be satisfied with their Role.

4th Perform:

At the end of this model the group now is in the state of being productive.
In my opinion the model meets exact that how it really was.
